unmarked vpd car, parked in a popular bike blocking location. the officer had the time to get out and ask me, "do you want a badge number as well?", but apparently not enough time to find a legal parking spot. i responded, "yes, please," but instead he explained that he was parked there because somebody had their laptop stolen, apologized for the inconvenience and disappeared back into his car before i could ask him to pose for a shot. what a tease!
