up the hill, giving out tickets to cyclists...
...then down the hill, i saw this and thought, "oh good, the police are actually doing something useful for cyclists, giving this guy a ticket for being parked in the bike lane." but actually, the police officer and the driver of the
ace beverages truck were both standing behind the truck... it appears the police officer intentionally pulled him over at this location and in fact both of them are blocking the bike lane.
